Shopping Basics

Some of the merchandising on www.mrmilk.org (mostly present in the “SHOP”  section) is provided and sent by our printer, with relatively standard time shipping worldwide and specific return policy. Some others, like paintings, unique pieces, signed prints and other specific items (you will find more infos about in the product’s description) are provided by Mr.Milk and his team from Paris. Due the particular nature of this last kind of items the shipping will be arranged with the client. In both cases, for any further information don’t hesitate to contact HELLO@MRMILK.ORG.
The shipping and return process about the items on the “SHOP” section of www.mrmilk.org is managed by our printer. During the payment you will automatically know the shipping time to your country, about the return you can claim a defective product at HELLO@MRMILK.ORG within 15 days from the arrival of the product, specifying in the email that’s about a return and providing a picture of the item claimed as defective. You will receive an address for the the return and a replacement. For the items like paintings and unique items we will do our best to provide a secure shipping in the best conditions possible (they will be discusssed in advance with our clients during the buying process of such delicate items) no return will be possible but just eventual (if subscribed) insurance claim in case of issue with the shipping company.

Payments

Mostly yes. The payment is managed through paypal and his system of payment which accepts almost any kind of credit card if it matches with their security policy.
